PIR systems should be evaluated when the project requires stronger thermal behavior, higher dimensional stability expectations or a stricter technical specification.
When quality changes during production, review the foam system together with sheet surface, temperature, pressure, line speed, mixing ratio and curing conditions.
The goal is not only to supply polyol or isocyanate. The technical value is to reduce uncertainty before purchase, during sampling and after the system enters routine line production.
